Olive Dipped Green On White
This ceramic bowl features a drawing of an olive branch. Olives originated from the Mediterranean and were introduced into New Zealand in the 1830’s. Olive’s have many health benefits including containing Vitamin E which is linked to improved cognition.
Technical Information:
Made from white porcelain. Decal bowls have a semi-gloss clear glaze with decal and unglazed outside.
100mm x 28mm high ˑ each piece comes boxed with an image of the design on the lid and a story about the
meaning of the design on the box bottom, as well as a story card inside about the artist and design.
These pieces feature irregularities in both shape and form; this is part of the organic nature of the collection.
